The Hillbilly Hideaway has gained a LOT of traction in 2023 going into 2024! We have donated THOUSANDS of dollars to local charity and organizations, assisted with food for the ones in need and planted a solid helping foot in many communities in Southern Illinois.

Moving forward, we have introduced many new items and altered our lineup a little bit. Our regular setup consists of: 21 flavors of State Fair Lemon ShakeUps, 21 flavors of Snow-Cones and our hand battered State Fair Deep Fried Oreos.

We have also expanded to include many food items when needed for Private, Corportate, Business and Public Events such as: Street Tacos, Smashburgers, BBQ Pulled Pork, Pastas and more.

What makes The Hillbilly Hideaway unique, is that we are able to adjust our menu and offerings based on consumer needs and requests. We are always open to more suggestions or needs as well as catering for your event(s).
